I can't get the files onto my iPad/iPhone!

  • It's a common problem. We suggest a few options:
    • 1. The Kobo app will allow you to store the .pdf files. Once the file is opened on your iPad, just tap once to save it to Kobo.
    • 2. The synchios programmes for your computer is a great file management programme. A simple transfer is enough to store the pdf file for iBooks access.
    • 3. One final solution would be to store the pdf on google drive, use the google drive app on the iPad/iPhone and save it on your device.

I am not able to save the file for later reading. I had no problem with the first.
I get this message: Acrobat could not open ‘Ukulele Rhythms Preview Issue PC.pdf’ because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn’t correctly decoded).

To create an Adobe PDF document, go to the source application. Then choose Save as Adobe PDF from the PDF dropdown in the Print dialog.
I don’t know what a “source application” is or how to “go to” it. I have adobe Acrobat Pro installed on my desktop.
    Thank you.

Dear Gerry, we did a test on 3 different platforms and couldn’t reproduce the error you had. It is likely to either the link expiring, in which case, simply re-entering your email should work, or there is a limited bandwidth to download- in which case downloading the smaller sized file should work a treat! Enjoy!
